Cb650r Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the cb650r platform by all users in Malaysia. By registering an account or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at any time. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed. cb650r reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any time it deems necessary.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. cb650r will never request your password via email or any other communication channel. All activity that occurs under your account is considered your own action unless you promptly report unauthorised access to our support team at [email protected].
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Cb650r platform users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform is lawful under the applicable Malaysian laws relevant to their location and circumstances. cb650r makes no warranties or representations regarding the legality of using this platform beyond the scope already established.
The following actions are strictly prohibited while using the platform:

All financial transactions on the cb650r platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). cb650r supports a range of local payment methods including DuitNow, GrabPay, and FPX transfers. All transactions are subject to minimum and maximum limits, which may vary depending on the payment method and the user's account status.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance in accordance with the processing time of your chosen payment method. cb650r is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment systems, banking service disruptions, or factors beyond the platform's control.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to any identity verification that may be required. cb650r reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for security review if suspicious activity is detected on the account. Funds obtained through methods that violate these terms may be voided or rejected prior to withdrawal processing.
